POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Marketing Summer Student provides support to the Director, Brand & Experience and Senior Property Manager in delivering marketing events and social media initiatives for Harvard’s office portfolio. This position offers hands-on experience in event coordination, content creation, and customer engagement.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of office tower events and community programs, including our Club 21 Rooftop Lounge.
- Creating engaging content and growing user adoption of our HIVE by Harvard tenant app.
- Administering and coordinating amenity bookings within our Conference Centre and Mosaic Tower Rooftop.
- Coordinate venue and amenity bookings, set-up, and customer communication for events.
- Prepare post-event recaps, social media reports, and quarterly marketing summaries.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing campaigns and sponsorships.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support the property team in maintaining positive tenant relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- Experience in customer service, event planning, or social media management is an asset.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with flair for storytelling, especially on social media.
- Keen interest in event planning and being part of the community.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team-player who can collaborate seamlessly alongside wide range of departments and audiences.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Team player with a positive attitude.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Temporary full-time summer position. Flexibility required for evening and weekend events.
