**Quality Control Manager
Civil Works, Site Development, Mining
Kamloops area, BC
14/7 Rotation, on-site, immediate start
6 month contract, potential for permanent hire
$115-$125K + Daily LOA** Our Client We are working with our Civil General Contractor client to assist in mobilizing a large project near Kamloops/Southern Interior BC. We require a Quality Control Manager experienced in civil works to join our client on this exciting project for a minimum of 6 months.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed quality performance reports.
- Create and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive quality control and assurance plan for the project
- Perform regular site inspections and audits to identify quality issues, non-compliance, and potential risks.
- Verify that all construction activities, materials, and methods meet project specifications, Canadian building codes, and industry best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed records, including inspection reports, audit findings, test results, and non-conformance reports
- Address quality concerns and deficiencies by implementing timely and effective corrective actions
- Facilitate meetings and host discussions with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management to communicate quality-related issues
