About the role

Job Description

Your role :

  • Act as the first point of contact in understanding major HR policies
  • Handle various equipment and service requests for the team staff
  • Integrate and participate in the training and coaching of new support staff
  • Actively participate in recruiting new resources within the team
  • Get involved in understanding and participating in the year-end performance evaluation process
  • Ensure the follow-up of schedules and vacations of team members
  • Assign and supervise operational and administrative tasks within the team
  • Optimize work processes
  • Supervise project progress within the team
  • Supervise and follow up via KPIs to maximize the performance and quality of work of associate advisors, financial planners, and the analyst team
  • Develop and maintain an effective administrative structure
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment

Prerequisites:

  • Experience in process and operations optimization, a strong asset
  • Aptitude in planning and organizing work based on volume, resources, and priorities
  • Experience in personnel management or coaching
  • A Bachelor's degree and 5 to 6 years of relevant experience for the position

Languages:

English, French

Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
