About the Role

HealthOne is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Administrator to join our dental department in the heart of Downtown Toronto! As an integral member of HealthOne Dental, one of eight specialized departments within our organization, you will be part of a cohesive team of dental professionals dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and welcoming service to patients, ensuring a consistently exceptional experience, while confidently managing a high-volume front desk (check-in/check-out).
  • Manage front desk operations with strong attention to detail, including scheduling, confirmations, insurance coordination, billing, payment processing, claim follow-ups, and accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate and optimize scheduling across multiple providers, minimizing gaps and maintaining a productive schedule.
  • Support treatment flow by booking diagnosed treatments and reinforcing next steps with patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with patients and the internal team to support smooth clinic operations and adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience and contribute to clinic performance and growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Dental Administrator or Receptionist.
  • Excellent client service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a willingness to take on multiple responsibilities and grow within the role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with CRM/EMR systems, preferably Tracker software.

Assets:

  • Post-secondary education in Dental Administration or a related field.

Schedule:

  • Full-time hours are required, including flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays.

  • Harbourfront (110 Harbour St., Toronto, ON)
