Key coach and mentor for all aspects of safety within the facility

Incident/accident investigation

Promote safe and healthy work environment

Create excitement and engagement of our safety culture

Report and identify opportunities to improve

Continuous improvement to our organization’s safety

Train and monitor safety standards

Management and facilitation of documentation/Certifications

Facilitate safety orientation for new hires

Post secondary education considered an asset

Excellent communication skills.

Comfortable having difficult conversations.

Agile, organized and able to manage conflicting priorities.

Advance working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products

Work with minimal supervision.

Ability to work under pressure with strict time frames
