We’re seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our branch to market dominance. This role combines sales leadership, operational excellence, and manufacturing support to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a high-performing team, grow profitable accounts, and ensure manufacturing and operational resources support sales success.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Market Growth: Develop and execute a branch sales strategy, grow profitable accounts, and capture market share. Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to ensure products and services support sales initiatives.
- Leadership & Team Development: Coach, motivate, and develop your leadership team to drive performance and succession planning.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee store, yard, and manufacturing support operations to maximize efficiency, quality, and profitability, ensuring operational processes support sales objectives.
- Financial & Performance Management: Set ambitious targets, manage budgets, analyze metrics, and implement action plans to increase margins, control expenses, and optimize inventory, delivery and manufacturing support.
- Marketing & Local Initiatives: Launch local campaigns and sales initiatives that accelerate growth and elevate branch visibility.
- Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty, repeat business, and measurable results.
- Safety & Compliance: Lead a safe, compliant workplace that models occupational health and safety standards.
