Responsiblities

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation with clients
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer medication reminders and support with appointments
• Help clients with grooming and bathing
• Assist with toileting and managing incontinence care
• Support individuals living with Alzheimers disease

Previous experience is an asset, but not required full skills training and ongoing education will be provided by Mimakcare Requirement

• Demonstrate the ability to treat clients and their property with respect, dignity, and compassion
• Communicate in a friendly, patient, and professional manner
• Successfully complete a criminal background check
• Provide two professional and two personal references
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are recommended (not mandatory)
• Submit a drivers abstract (if applicable)
• Have access to a computer and cell phone
