Associate Manager, IT Field Services – VIP & Event Support at a glance…
You will support IT Services for executives and support town halls or other events with executives (VIPs) and enable global meetings and broadcasting to run seamlessly delivering expected communication and interaction to all Kraft Heinz employees.
What's on the menu?
- You will provided support to VIP and Admins
- You will support on AV equipment
- You will support on events, town halls (in or out the Kraft Heinz offices)
- You will support IT tools/hardware and software for all users including VIPs and Admins
- You will support PCs, mobile devices, conference rooms
- You will engage with IT multidisciplinary teams
- You will handle tickets in the Kraft Heinz ITSM tool
- You will provide field support

- I have experience supporting company executives/VIPs
- I have experience with AV equipment and support
- I have experience supporting town hall meetings and VIP events
- I have experience managing tickets, ITIL, and mobile device management

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$84,000.00 – $105,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
