The Ancillary Payables – Alberta reporting to PP & Mechanical Claims Manager – Alberta is based in the Sherwood Park. The Ancillary Payables clerk ensures dealers and repair centers are paid in an accurate expedient time line.
Essential Responsibilities
- Print all invoices from incoming designated email.
- Review invoices for key words that may make a claim non eligible for payment and forward to management for review.
- Ensure all required supplement information has been received, if not return email or fax is sent to the dealership requesting the pertinent information.
- Ensure the parts, labor, sublets, etc. amounts are entered in a payable field that match to the authorization.
- Any payments that are short paid require a form letter to the dealership explaining any differences.
- Print daily payable recap reports.
Qualifications
- High School diploma is required.
- Accounting background, or a related field is required.
- Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is required.
- Fluent in English with proven competencies in verbal and written communication is required.
- Fluent in French with proven competencies in verbal and written communication is an asset.
- Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, education verification, and employment reference checks is required before employment.
