The Enterprise Sales team at Workday helps the company to continue to grow by balancing integrity and innovation, ensuring Workmates have the environment to bring their best self, and get better by pushing and developing themselves and the Workmates around them.
About The Role This incredible opportunity is focused on leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Account Executives selling HCM & Fins applications into Workday customers in Switzerland & Austria. This role is highly visible within the geography and requires demonstration of leadership beyond the immediate span of control.
Responsibilities:
- Actively coach, support, and lead by example a team of individual contributors
- Develop strategies to create new opportunities where none previously exist
- Effectively position Workday’s unique value proposition against aggressive competitors
- Connect with C-suite decision makers and articulate Workday’s impact on business value
- Drive Workday Culture and cross-group collaboration within the Customer Base organisation
- Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners

About You Key qualfication:
- Experience within the business applications marketplace, preferably ERP, Financials or Human Capital Management related
- Demonstrable results in leading teams within complex, team-based sales environments
- Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Additional qualifications:
- Experience in managing a team of highly skilled opportunity-creating and business-transformational Account Executives in Germany
- True passion for delivering results through others
- High level of accountability in a high growth environment
- Proven as a self-starter, fast-learner, and agent of change
- Proficiency across a variety of selling methodologies, with existing track record of coaching or teaching these skills
