About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to various companies’ growth initiatives. Your insights will help clients understand how their strategies compare to industry benchmarks and what implications these differences have for future growth. The position requires a blend of quantitative analysis, storytelling, and strategic thinking. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including data engineers, developers, and fellow analysts, to transform raw data into meaningful insights. Your responsibilities will include data cleaning, feature engineering, visualization, and crafting compelling narratives that communicate complex findings in an accessible manner. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a strategic or consulting environment Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, and data visualization platforms like Tableau Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights Strong storytelling and communication skills Experience with machine learning concepts and feature engineering is a plus Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality datasets Analyze company data to identify growth patterns, competitive positioning, and strategic opportunities Develop and improve data features to enhance machine learning models and predictive analytics Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders Craft detailed reports and strategic narratives that translate data findings into actionable recommendations Collaborate with data engineers and developers to optimize data transformation processes Identify relevant trends and insights while filtering out noise and irrelevant information Assist in designing investigative stories that highlight key strategic issues and opportunities Engage with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and tailor analyses accordingly
