Job Summary
The Finance Administrator is responsible for providing financial support and services to the department. This includes managing budgets, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with university policies.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor budgets for various projects.
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with university financial policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a higher education environment.
- Knowledge of university financial policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
This position may require occasional overtime during peak periods.
