About this role
We are seeking a collaborative, people-centeredEnterprise Project ManagerChange Management Leadto join ourBurnabyhead office reporting in to the VP, PeopleCulture.
In this pivotal role, you will guide the organization through meaningful change by partnering with business units and corporate teams to design, implement, and optimize systems aligned with our long term strategic goals. In this high-impact role, you'll partner across business divisions and corporate teams to design, launch, and optimize systems that support our long term strategy. You'll lead business side project delivery, collaborate with Business Process, AI Solutions and IT, support change readiness across diverse teams, and build scalable, efficient processes that set us up for the future. Success in this role calls for strong expertise in project management, thoughtful people focused change leadership, process optimization, and business transformation.

Your responsibilities
- Lead the business-side implementation of new initiatives using recognized project management methodologies
- Develop and execute effective change management strategies to support adoption, reduce disruption, and enhance organizational readiness
- Facilitate workshops, consultations, and discovery sessions to gather input, understand requirements, and build alignment across diverse business lines
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on business readiness, transformation efforts, and decision-making
- Evaluate current business processes by collaborating closely with Business Process Manager and AI Solutions Analyst to identify opportunities for scalability and efficiency
- Ensure business requirements align with long-term growth objectives and organizational strategy
- Support process mapping, workflow improvements, and documentation where required
- Provide regular status reports, milestone updates, and risk assessments to leadership
- Monitor outcomes and recommend adjustments to support continuous optimization and sustained growth
Your experience and skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or business transformation roles
- Strong knowledge of Project Management principles (PMP or equivalent certification preferred)
- Solid understanding of both Change Management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and Change Leadership principles
- Skilled communicator with experience collaborating across departments and building strong working relationships
- Assertive and tenacious – ability to get things done
- Experience supporting organizational growth and scalability initiatives.
- Excellent ability to facilitate discussions and consultations that bring stakeholders together and build alignment
