Key Responsibilities

Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and tire rotations Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and identify safety or maintenance concerns Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems Perform repairs on brake systems, suspension components, steering systems, and other vehicle systems Utilize diagnostic equipment, service manuals, and repair software to troubleshoot vehicle issues Document inspection findings, repair recommendations, and completed work accurately Complete repair orders according to manufacturer and dealership standards Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding repair status and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Strong experience in automotive maintenance and repair Proficiency in performing routine services including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid maintenance Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical vehicle systems Knowledge of suspension, steering, and brake system diagnosis and repair Automotive Service Technician Certification or equivalent technical training preferred Ability to operate diagnostic tools and interpret technical information effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Safety-focused mindset with the ability to follow manufacturer specifications and repair procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
