About the role

OTT Pay Inc. is an established, fully funded fintech company focused on delivering streamlined financial payment solutions. We are a results-driven, forward-thinking organization that values goal orientation and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an Acquiring Manager to lead and grow OTT Pay’s relationships with key business partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in partner management and a solid background in the North American merchant acquiring industry, with the capability to manage day-to-day operations while also driving long-term strategic growth. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires regular onsite presence at our 1123 Leslie St office location.

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive salary depending on experience, plus performance bonus

  • Premium benefits: comprehensive coverage, wellness perks, and generous paid vacation

  • Leadership visibility: work directly with the senior leadership team and influence key decisions

  • High-impact opportunities: take ownership of transformative projects that shape the company’s growth trajectory

  • Career advancement: clear path to expanded leadership roles in a progressive, high-performing organization

  • Prestige & culture: modern offices with exclusive gym access, wellness programs, team events, and strong community presence

How you will contribute:

  • Own Acquiring Partner Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for key acquiring partners, ensuring seamless communication, issue resolution, and long-term relationship growth.

  • Program & Account Management: Manage day-to-day partner needs — including monitoring settlement, risk, and compliance workflows; resolving operational escalations; and ensuring SLAs are met.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track transaction volume, fee structures, and revenue performance across acquiring relationships; provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership.

  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with internal product, operations, compliance, and risk teams to align acquiring programs with the company’s business goals and regulatory standards.

  • Contract & Commercial Management: Support negotiations of pricing models, rebates, and new commercial terms; ensure all agreements remain competitive and compliant.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline acquiring workflows, enhance partner integrations, and reduce operational friction.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Deliver updates to senior management on partnership performance, risks, and opportunities; act as a subject matter expert on acquiring strategy.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of direct experience in merchant acquiring or fintech partner management in North America.

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Sales or Sales Operations in North America.

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume relationships with complex stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, comfortable with pricing models and P&L impact.

  • Deep knowledge of the merchant acquiring lifecycle: onboarding, settlement, risk, and compliance.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track financial/transactional KPIs and provide actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, OMS, and acquiring platforms.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Visio and Project Planning.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
