What You’ll Do

Lead and coach the Enterprise Sales team through mentorship, goal setting, and performance feedback

Shape account strategies and support execution in partnership with team members

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks 
- 
Drive pipeline growth and ensure accurate sales forecasting 
- 
Identify performance gaps and resolve sales roadblocks through training, tools, and cross-functional collaboration

5+ years of experience leading sales teams

Proven success in exceeding revenue targets

Skilled in crafting and executing sales strategies

Experience selling complex financial solutions to enterprise clients
