Rail Pass Type: Internship/Co-op (Full-time/Hybrid)
Departure and Arrival Date (Start -End): April 20 2026 – April 30 2027 (12months)

Work hours/week: 40
Pay Details: $23-$30 CAD hourly

About This Opportunity
We are seeking a Supply Chain Intern for a 12‑month term. The intern will support ongoing projects within the Supply Chain department. The intern will assist with data management, create presentations based on analyzed data, and support the development and maintenance of various dashboards and processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Development, maintenance and improvement of different data collection systems using applications which include advanced MS Excel, MS Access and SAP (optional).
- Automation and maintenance of metrics generation tools using SAP and Excel.
- Coordinate forecast management processes working with Project Procurement team, Supply Chain Organization and input the data in SAP
- Generate component forecasts reports
- The intern will be responsible for providing assistance where necessary in order to support the existing team of the Project Procurement Managers, Supply Chain and/or Materials Management group.
- Become knowledgeable about existing company purchasing and logistical policies/procedures and day to day practices with regards to procurements, materials management and logistics
- Review databases within MRP Master Data information records for completeness and purchase requisition. Generate and distribute weekly open PR report in collaboration with the PPM and tactical buyer team
- Liaise on a regular basis with the Category managers, PPM, tactical buyers and PSCLs to understand the needs of Procurement, Supply base and constraints to ensure that PR planning is geared up to the Project needs.
- Provide weekly support to review and consolidate due payment invoices
- Support several minor projects and work closely with other functional departments as necessary to insure successful completion.
Key Requirements
- The successful candidate must be currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field
- Completion of at least the second or third year of undergraduate studies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Knowledge of AI programming concepts and tools
- Strong understanding of statistics and data management
- Experience with data analysis
- Demonstrates a responsible, proactive, and positive can‑do attitude
- The ability to work 40 hours a week for the duration of the internship is essential. Minimum 2 days a week in the office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Co-op student available for a 12-month term, with at least one additional quarter or semester of coursework remaining after the completion of the internship.
- Previous co-op/internship experience is a plus.
