Summary Are you an experienced digital marketing professional with a talent for building comprehensive strategies and executing campaigns that drive real results? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, in support of Celestica’s business and talent recruitment goals. You'll manage campaign execution from strategy through launch, work closely with internal stakeholders to bring business goals to life, and continuously optimize to deliver measurable impact, all while strengthening our employer brand to attract top talent.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment, brings a high level of energy to the role, is proactive and adaptable and able to think creatively and strategically to develop digital marketing strategies with impact.
Responsibilities
- Integrated Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies that support business goals and help to increase brand awareness, including robust employer branding initiatives. This includes hands-on execution of campaigns across platforms like email, social media, paid search, while optimizing/aligning landing pages with best practice SEO.
- AI & Technology: Apply AI-driven Optimization (AIO) strategies as they evolve to enhance campaign performance and efficiency for both business needs and reaching potential talent pools.
- Content & Copywriting: Write compelling and effective marketing copy for various digital channels, with a focus on technology-related content and a strong emphasis on showcasing Celestica's unique culture and employee value proposition.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Communicate campaign performance and optimization strategy to stakeholders in clear, actionable language.
- User Experience (UX) & Accessibility: Understand and apply best practices for user experience and digital accessibility to ensure our content is effective and inclusive for all audiences.
- Graphic Design: Utilize tools like Canva or other graphic design software to create visually appealing assets for campaigns.
- Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish to ensure timely execution.
- Adaptability & Professional Development: Quickly adapt to changing priorities and new challenges, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with experience in a technology company and proven understanding of employer branding best practices.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
- Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG) and user experience principles, applied to both customer-facing and talent-facing digital touchpoints.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Committed ongoing professional development for themselves and a willingness to share this knowledge with others.
