Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Mental Health Therapist at MantraCare. In this role, the therapist will provide evidence-based mental health counseling through virtual sessions, using MantraCare’s digital tools and AI-assisted workflows to support care delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and adjusting treatment plans, providing individual and family therapy, and coordinating care with other providers and support services. The therapist will document sessions in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards, collaborate with case managers and interdisciplinary team members, and participate in ongoing training and supervision as needed. The role also involves engaging clients in a compassionate, culturally sensitive manner while leveraging the platform’s technology to monitor progress and outcomes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Mental Health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Candidates should possess skills in Treatment Planning and ongoing care evaluation tailored to individual and family needs. Candidates should possess experience in Family Therapy and working with diverse family systems and support networks. Candidates should possess Social Work and Case Management skills, including resource coordination and advocacy. Relevant licensure or certification as a mental health professional (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Clinical Psychologist) in applicable jurisdictions. Experience delivering telehealth or remote therapy services and comfort working with digital health platforms. Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and the ability to build rapport with individuals from varied backgrounds. Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
