About the role
I. Job Summary
Researches, develops and implements routing and logistics plans to enhance productivity, safety, and decreased costs.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Designs and re-designs routing and logistics solutions through the collection, verification, and analysis of current data relating to existing routes, vehicles, disposal facilities, and productivity.
- Assists in the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control. Creates and implements plans to optimize routes and other transportation operations.
- Communicates route changes to key personnel, and provides necessary training and transitioning tools.
- Monitors activity during implementation of new, optimized routes.
- Monitors and analyzes productivity results.
III. Qualifications
A. Education and Experience
- Associate's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar area of study
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and two (2) years of relevant work experience
- No experience needed (Logistics and Routing experience preferred)
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
- None required.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- Bilingual (French and English) - For Quebec Applicants: We require a bilingual speaking associate because this role requires frequent interactions and communications with employees, customers and others who are located outside of Quebec.

The expected base pay range for this office/on-site hybrid position is $85,000 - $105,000 . This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. This position is for an existing vacancy. In addition, this position is eligible for bonus.
