What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Communications Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing our PR, social media, analyst relations, and awards programs with day-to-day support from our PR agency. You will collaborate closely with and report to the VP of Communications & Content on the overarching communications plan. In addition to leading external communications initiatives around company and product news, analyst and influencer relations, you’ll be a part of a highly collaborative Marketing Team during an ambitious and exciting time in our company’s history. Our social media efforts have a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, and you'll ideate and help manage our communications across key social media channels
- Help develop and own the execution of our external communications strategy aligned with business goals
- Own the relationship with our PR agency and be the main point of contact, help drive the PR strategy and planning, support media briefings, track and disseminate media coverage to relevant audiences
- Work closely with Content and Marketing counterparts to align PR and AR efforts
- Maintain strong Analyst and Influencer relations programs through regular briefings, creative partnerships, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and more
- Drive analyst firm vendor research report processes and survey completions, working closely internally with Product Marketing and Execute Team
- Measure and track performance across both quantitative and qualitative KPIs
- Effectively manage and collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and the Leadership team as well as spokespeople across our Executive Team
- Stay updated on industry trends and ideate thought leadership topics, proactive and rapid response PR, and more
- Be a part of a dynamic team in which External Communications and Content are working symbiotically to drive Marketing and business goals
- Build relationships with internal and external expert partners including our lead researcher, executive thought leaders, and industry analysts and influencers
