About the role
A major oil and gas company is currently seeking aTemporary Administrative Supportprofessional to join their team at theirGrande Prairie office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment, takes pride in providing excellent service, and is comfortable supporting a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk by greeting and directing visitors
- Provide general administrative support to the office as needed
- Coordinate catering and assist with meeting and event preparation
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
- Move company vehicles within Grande Prairie when required
- Occasionally deliver items to out of town office
- Support the team with various day-to-day office needs
Qualifications:
- A friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed
- Valid driver’s license and comfort driving within Grande Prairie and occasionally out of town.
- Previous administrative or office support experience is considered an asset
