About the role
Type of position: Régulier
Your future role on our team The Vancouver, BC office is currently seeking a permanent part-time Senior Project Assistant to aid Project Managers and Project Leaders in the Project Execution Department. You will be expected to carry out administrative tasks as well as support project organization and logistics.
You’ll Perform The Following Activities
- Revise and ensure the linguistic quality of documents such as specifications, estimates, reports and proposals, and ensure the accuracy of cost tables.
- Collaborate effectively with writers to: gather and complete the information necessary to prepare project documents, improve text structure and content understanding, like pointing out ambiguities in certain passages.
- Format various documents based on established templates and standards.
- Proposal coordination and formatting.
- Occasionally help with administrative office management (like replacing the receptionist).
- Occasionally help with project coordination and invoicing.
- Manage safety training database and HSE room.

Overview Of Certifications And Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher.
- 12 to 20 years of relevant experience
- Able to quickly analyze project progress curves, budget and schedule variances, etc.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of NI43-101 reports (an asset)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Annual base salary, based on 37.5 hours weekly, between $66,000 to $80,500
