Key Responsibilities

OpenShift

• Manage and maintain OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability and scalability.

GitOps & ArgoCD

• Implement GitOps workflows for Kubernetes using ArgoCD, ensuring declarative infrastructure and application delivery.

Helm & Kustomize

• Package and customize Kubernetes applications using Helm charts and Kustomize overlays.

Istio, Kiali & Jaeger

• Deploy and manage service mesh architectures using Istio.
• Monitor traffic and observability using Kiali and Jaeger.

Prometheus & Grafana

• Monitor infrastructure and application metrics with Prometheus.
• Visualize metrics and create dashboards using Grafana.

Loki

• Implement centralized logging for Kubernetes workloads using Grafana Loki.

Terraform & Ansible

• Write and maintain Terraform scripts for infrastructure as code across multi-cloud environments.
• Automate system configurations, application deployments, and environment provisioning with Ansible.

Networking & Cloud

• Azure : Design and implement secure, scalable cloud architectures including hub-spoke networking.
• AWS : Manage resources such as VPCs, subnets, route tables, and security groups.

CI/CD

• Implement pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions; manage code repositories, branching strategies, and deployment workflows.

Crossplane

• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Crossplane for Kubernetes-native control and composition.

ACM & ACS

• Utilize ACM for multi-cluster management and ACS for Kubernetes security posture.

GPU Node Management

• Manage GPU-enabled Kubernetes nodes for AI/ML workloads, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance.

OpenShift AI (Add-on)

• Deploy and manage AI/ML workloads on OpenShift AI, integrating GPU nodes and storage solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Kubernetes & Containerization : 5+ years of experience; OpenShift experience is a plus; CKA certification is an advantage.
• GitOps : Experience with ArgoCD.
• Kubernetes Package Management : Proficiency in Helm and Kustomize.
• Service Mesh : Strong understanding of Istio, Kiali, and Jaeger.
• Monitoring & Logging : Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Infrastructure as Code : 5+ years with Terraform and Ansible.
• Cloud Platforms : 8+ years with Azure and AWS, including networking design and implementation.
• CI/CD : Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions (basic proficiency).
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Crossplane for infrastructure orchestration.
• Exposure to ACM and ACS for cluster and security management.
• Experience managing GPU nodes for AI/ML workloads in Kubernetes.
• OpenShift AI experience, especially in deploying and scaling AI/ML models in enterprise environments.
