The challenges that await you
Perform the necessary work for the preparation and updating of the assessment roll. To this end, conduct physical inspections of land and buildings intended for residential or agricultural use, as well as calculations of value according to the laws, regulations, manuals, standards, and procedures governing the field of property assessment.
The ideal profile for us
- Hold a college diploma (DEC) in building estimation and assessment technology;
- Have eighteen (18) months of relevant experience in the role, as described in the summary above;
- Possess a valid driver's license and a car.
