Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, the Residential Marketing & Communications Director will be responsible for leading MACH’s overall residential marketing, communications, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring maximum leasing performance and brand visibility.

Strategy & Communications

  • Lead the development and implementation of MACH’s overall residential strategy;
  • Drive the strategy for the development of future banners under the MACH Residential brand;
  • Establish global marketing/communication strategies targeting various client segments, from acquisition to after-sales service;
  • Design and lead media and communications strategies across all initiatives (digital, traditional, social media, public relations, etc.);
  • Conduct competitive research and assess current and future market demand to propose an optimal and strategic real estate development program;
  • Build and manage the residential team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Go-to-Market

  • Define and implement marketing and leasing strategies to ensure rapid absorption of units;
  • Develop and execute advertising and promotional campaigns specific to residential leasing;
  • Track and analyze leasing performance indicators (occupancy rates, leasing timelines, revenue generated) and adjust strategies accordingly;
  • Implement effective tools and processes for unit commercialization (sales collateral, digital tools, customer journey);
  • Develop visual identity, storytelling, and all sales tools and their variations;
  • Establish and monitor marketing reports (SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, etc.);
  • Ensure revenue optimization and leasing performance.

Development

  • Establish the marketing and commercialization budget;
  • Validate unit pricing in collaboration with key stakeholders;
  • Participate in product design alongside the development team and architects;
  • Validate the “unit mix,” unit layouts, interior finishes, and common area design in collaboration with the interior design team;
  • Develop and oversee the operational unit in compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures;
  • Work closely with MACH’s various departments and key stakeholders: development, design, finance, operations management, and leasing team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience and in-depth knowledge in the residential rental real estate sector (mandatory);
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the field;
  • Strong knowledge of CRM usage;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Planner.
