SCHEDULE:
Our dealership is open from Monday to Saturday, and the schedule for the position is Mon-Fri | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
WHAT YOU GET TO DO!
Reporting to Sales Managers, you will be responsible for maintaining/managing the sales lot.
- Actively participate in reporting all safety concerns
- Building and maintaining excellent inter-departmental relations, as this role requires liaising with all other departments on a routine basis
- Organizing and prioritizing jobs to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Registering and storing vehicle keys
- Maintaining a creative, orderly, and visually appealing sales lot
- Completion of minor detailing and cleaning of vehicles
- Ensuring completion of minor repairs on used vehicles
- Assisting in dealer trades and other vehicle pick-ups and deliveries
- Ensuring all vehicles are fuelled
- Working in all weather conditions, both indoors and out
- Assisting with grounds maintenance, such as snow shovelling and ice salting
- Completing any other duties requested by management
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
You display a friendly and outgoing demeanour while interacting with other customers and coworkers. You are a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

High School degree or equivalent preferred

Computer literate with the ability to use email

Ability to operate automobiles of all shapes and sizes

Must be dependable and reliable, possess strong attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize effectively.

Excellent customer service skills.

Complying with all company policies and procedures.

Candidates must possess a valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license with no demerits

Previous experience working with the dealership is preferred

Willingness & ability to work outside in all weather conditions
