Job Description
- Degree in Market Finance; or in IT with strong knowledge of capital markets and Fixed Income products.
- At least 5 years of experience (including application support experience).
- Knowledge of Capital Markets Rate activities: Pricing (interest rate curve models) and Risk.
- Knowledge of the rate activity booking workflow (Clearing, Negotiation, Trade events, Markitwire workflow).
- Knowledge of the Capital Market Regulatory environment.
- Experience working with Agile teams, and managing dependencies in a context of Agile and non-Agile teams.
- A team player with real time management skills and capable of working in a multi-cultural context
- Analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of a similar FO booking system is a plus (Orchestrade, Summit, Murex, Sophis, Calypso).
Responsibilities

Provide assistance and support to IRD trading teams.

Strengthen the Level 3 support framework with a """"You build it, you run it"""" perspective.

Review and validate the solution's suitability for the business need expressed by the Business.

Design the IT solution in collaboration with the business and other IT teams.

Write functional documentation for the solution (specifications, story maps, etc.)

Design and write test plans and ensure the smooth industrial execution of functional validations. Coordinate user testing.

Support swap traders in NY for USD and Cross-currencies desks.

Implementation of new products in the systems.

Implementation of new pricing curves.
-
Automation and industrialization of investigation tasks.
-
Continuous monitoring.

Contribute to improving the performance of the application scope and developing it further.

Be proactive in suggesting improvements and contribute to innovation in the field.
