Job Description

• Degree in Market Finance; or in IT with strong knowledge of capital markets and Fixed Income products.
• At least 5 years of experience (including application support experience).
• Knowledge of Capital Markets Rate activities: Pricing (interest rate curve models) and Risk.
• Knowledge of the rate activity booking workflow (Clearing, Negotiation, Trade events, Markitwire workflow).
• Knowledge of the Capital Market Regulatory environment.
• Experience working with Agile teams, and managing dependencies in a context of Agile and non-Agile teams.
• A team player with real time management skills and capable of working in a multi-cultural context
• Analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of a similar FO booking system is a plus (Orchestrade, Summit, Murex, Sophis, Calypso).

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support to IRD trading teams.

• Strengthen the Level 3 support framework with a """"You build it, you run it"""" perspective.

• Review and validate the solution's suitability for the business need expressed by the Business.

• Design the IT solution in collaboration with the business and other IT teams.

• Write functional documentation for the solution (specifications, story maps, etc.)

• Design and write test plans and ensure the smooth industrial execution of functional validations. Coordinate user testing.

• Support swap traders in NY for USD and Cross-currencies desks.

• Implementation of new products in the systems.

• Implementation of new pricing curves.

• Automation and industrialization of investigation tasks.

• Continuous monitoring.

• Contribute to improving the performance of the application scope and developing it further.

• Be proactive in suggesting improvements and contribute to innovation in the field.
