About the role
With your strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of veterinary supplies across assigned routes. Your ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of customer service will contribute to delivering a reliable and efficient distribution experience.

Your main responsibilities will include :
- Deliver veterinary supplies to clinics according to assigned routes
- Safely load and unload products from the delivery truck
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies
- Transport goods from the truck into clinic storefronts and receiving areas
- Collect returns, totes, and reusable containers
- Verify order accuracy upon delivery and provide professional customer service
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle
- Follow all health and safety procedures as well as road regulations
We will like to meet you if you have :
- Strong knowledge of delivery routes within HRM, South Shore, Bridgewater, Truro, and Annapolis Valley (up to Middleton)
- Willingness to train alongside an experienced driver until fully comfortable with assigned routes
- Valid Class 5 or Class 3 driver?s license with Air Brake (Z) endorsement
- Must meet company insurance requirements (minimum age of 25)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Driver?s abstract required (clean driving record)
- Knowledge of pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Familiarity with driver logbooks and compliance requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented

- Customer service-oriented and attention to detail (accuracy in deliveries)
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and regulatory compliance
