Role Description The Architect role at Curate Workplace is a full-time, on-site position based in Greenwood Village, CO. In this role, the architect will develop architectural concepts and workplace layouts, prepare drawings and documentation, and collaborate with design, project management, and furniture teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, translating requirements into architectural designs, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. The architect will participate in project reviews, support construction administration, and help maintain quality and consistency across all deliverables. This role also involves contributing to design presentations and helping refine Curate Workplace’s approach to integrated workplace solutions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, including space planning and workplace design. Experience with Project Management, overseeing timelines, coordination with stakeholders, and delivery of architectural projects. Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, workflows, or building technology solutions. Professional degree in Architecture or a closely related field; architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred. Strong skills with architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and ability to produce clear drawings and documentation. Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and industry standards relevant to commercial and workplace environments. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with design, project management, and furniture teams. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Minimum 1 year direct or related field professional experience.
Salary Range
$25-31 per hour for non-licensed 1-5 years' experience, $58,000-84,000 for 3-5+ years licensed. In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
