As our sales activity continues to grow, we are hiring a proactive and highly organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team, manage incoming opportunities, improve CRM discipline, and help ensure every qualified lead is followed up quickly and professionally.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, commercially minded, comfortable with CRM systems, and interested in supporting a fast-moving global sales organization. You will help manage incoming calls, emails, website forms, LinkedIn inquiries, trade show leads, and outreach activity. You will also support the sales team with follow-ups, prospecting, CRM updates, reporting, and selected executive coordination tasks. This is not a passive admin role. We are looking for someone who can help improve sales efficiency, support lead generation, and contribute to revenue growth through strong follow-up, organization, and communication.

What You’ll Do

Monitor and process incoming sales inquiries from calls, emails, webforms, LinkedIn, trade shows, and other channels Qualify incoming leads and route them to the appropriate sales team member Maintain accurate lead, account, contact, and opportunity records in Zoho CRM or similar platforms Support the sales team with follow-ups, outreach campaigns, prospecting lists, and meeting coordination Assist with cold outreach, lead generation, and account research Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, lead summaries, and CRM activity reports Help ensure no qualified opportunity is missed or left without follow-up Coordinate communication between sales, executives, clients, and internal teams when needed Support preparation for client meetings, presentations, trade shows, and sales campaigns Assist executives with selected administrative tasks, scheduling, coordination, and follow-up

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in sales administration, sales coordination, CRM administration, customer support, executive support, or a similar role Experience using CRM platforms, ideally Zoho CRM Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional phone and email manner Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Comfortable supporting cold outreach, lead qualification, and sales follow-up Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and basic reporting tools Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving sales environment Positive, proactive, and commercially aware mindset Preferred Experience Experience in LED displays, Pro AV, digital signage, technology, construction, architecture, design, or B2B sales environments Experience supporting senior sales leaders or executives Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, lead research, or sales campaigns Familiarity with Zoho CRM Interest in architecture, technology, design, LED displays, or landmark projects

Compensation

This role offers a CAD $50k–$60k+ compensation package, depending on experience.
