About the role

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀

We're looking for a Staff Analyst, GTM Revenue to help our go-to-market leaders make sharper, faster decisions across revenue-critical motions. In this role, you'll partner across Sales, Customer Success, and adjacent customer-facing teams to turn complex data into practical insight, improve how teams operate, and identify where AI and automation can create real leverage.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an analytically rigorous operator who can move comfortably between deep analysis, business partnership, and hands-on execution. You'll help leaders understand what's working, where friction is slowing growth, and how to translate data into better decisions around pipeline, segmentation, productivity, retention, and overall GTM performance.

Mission

Drive clearer, faster, and more scalable GTM decision-making by turning data into actionable insight, operational improvements, and AI-enabled workflows that improve revenue performance and customer outcomes.

The Role

Partner with GTM leaders to frame business questions, prioritize high-impact analyses, and translate findings into practical recommendations. Build and maintain dashboards, reporting layers, and analytical workflows that give stakeholders clear visibility into performance across Sales, Customer Success, and related customer-facing motions. Analyze pipeline health, segmentation, conversion, retention, and productivity trends to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and better resource allocation. Develop forecasting, scenario-planning, and decision-support models that help leaders understand performance drivers and act with confidence. Use SQL, Python, and modern analytics tooling to extract, shape, and analyze large datasets from multiple systems. Identify repetitive or manual workflows that can be improved through automation or AI-assisted analysis, and help bring those solutions into day-to-day GTM operations. Collaborate cross-functionally with partners in Finance, Operations, Systems, and customer-facing teams to ensure data definitions, reporting logic, and recommendations are aligned to business needs. Present insights in a concise, executive-ready way, tailoring the level of detail to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy & operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or a similar role supporting go-to-market teams. Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong judgment around how to use each for analysis, automation, and scalable reporting. Strong experience building dashboards, analytical models, and KPI frameworks that influence business decisions. Demonstrated success supporting Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or comparable GTM functions in a SaaS or other fast-moving technology environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data trends to customer, commercial, and operational outcomes. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex analysis and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work with speed and reliability.

Desirable

Experience applying AI or machine learning to business problems such as segmentation, prioritization, forecasting support, or workflow automation. Familiarity with modern BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms. Experience working in a high-growth, multi-motion SaaS business where GTM teams need both strategic insight and operational rigor. Comfort partnering with senior leaders on ambiguous questions that require both analytical depth and strong business judgment.
