Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update inventory records for IT hardware , software, and physical security systems
- Patch and update Windows 11 systems to ensure security compliance
- Monitor and analyze system logs, including alarm system to identify issues and patterns
- Troubleshoot and facilitate repair of laptops, desktop, cell phones, printers, scanners
- Respond to and resolve end-user support tickets using various ticketing systems
- Provide first-level technical support
- Assist with filling out and processing purchase orders, shipping, and receiving computer equipment
- Support the team with other IT-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the MS office productivity suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint
- Exposure to MS CoPilot and ChatGPT
- Experience with Windows 11 setup and administration
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing system for support workflows
- University or College IT Co-OP student with a concentration in server, network, firewall and physical security system

Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.
The Canada hourly rate for this position is $25.
