Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory records for IT hardware , software, and physical security systems
  • Patch and update Windows 11 systems to ensure security compliance
  • Monitor and analyze system logs, including alarm system to identify issues and patterns
  • Troubleshoot and facilitate repair of laptops, desktop, cell phones, printers, scanners
  • Respond to and resolve end-user support tickets using various ticketing systems
  • Provide first-level technical support
  • Assist with filling out and processing purchase orders, shipping, and receiving computer equipment
  • Support the team with other IT-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the MS office productivity suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint
  • Exposure to MS CoPilot and ChatGPT
  • Experience with Windows 11 setup and administration
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing system for support workflows
  • University or College IT Co-OP student with a concentration in server, network, firewall and physical security system

End Date: Aug 7, 2026

Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.

The Canada hourly rate for this position is $25.
