Job Description
Position: Security Concierge
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Job Type: Full Time, 12 hours per day
Payrate: $18.50 - $19.00
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 0600 - 1800
Friday to Saturday: 0600 - 1800
Overview:
Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Concierge to oversee our site in Calgary. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work in 12 hour shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as a Security Concierge, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.
Requirements:

Must have 1+ years of Security Experience

Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.

Excellent written and oral communication
-
Must have a valid Alberta Security License.

Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.

First Aid and CPR

Must be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Assisting visitors in locating commercial tenants, shops, and amenities within the property.
- Providing a friendly and approachable presence at all times.
- Conducting regular safety patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks to the site and its visitors.
- Responding promptly to emergencies and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
