The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.
At Aspen Trails Dental, we are committed to providing advanced, patient-focused dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Our collaborative team works closely together to create personalized treatment plans and ensure every patient receives exceptional care. We proudly offer CEREC same-day crowns, CBCT 3D imaging, iTero digital scanning, and Invisalign treatment to provide precise diagnostics, efficient care, and beautiful results.

SCHEDULE:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2-3 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
