Tasks/Responsibilities
We are currently looking for an Organizational Development Advisor for a 36-month contract.
MANDATE
- Support the organization in the evolution of structures, processes, skills and culture
- Engage, mentor and assist various managers in change management and leadership
- Propose and adapt tools to fit the reality of the transformation and the organization
- Ensure communication with all stakeholders
PROFILE
- 8+ years of experience as a Strategic Transformation Advisor
- Experience in a digital modernization environment and in cross-functional projects
- Strong ability in strategic support and mentoring
- Experience in change and skills management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent
- Bilingual (French required, functional English)
