Position Overview - We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical expertise and hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. This role requires problem-solving ability, technical knowledge, and a commitment to ensuring optimal system performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including boilers, air conditioners, and heating units.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and related equipment.
• Perform appliance repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with other trades (plumbing, welding, sheet metal work) for installations and repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records, documenting work performed and parts used.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain technical issues clearly to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge across various HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with schematics and HVAC documentation.
• Skills in appliance repair, plumbing, welding, or related trades (asset).
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Excellent troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Post-secondary apprenticeship (required).
• Gas ticket (preferred).
• Refrigeration mechanic, sheet metal worker, or plumbing license (asset).
