AI Trainer - Fluent Serbian Speaker

About The Role
We are seeking fluent Serbian speakers to act as evaluators for AI models. You will complete side-by-side evaluations of text and voice snippets, assessing how naturally and authentically the AI captures Serbian speech. This includes listening to audio clips and identifying how natural the voice sounds.
Pay
Researchers typically pay $20-26/hr. Tasks require at least one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter.

Language: Fluent Serbian speaker with strong command of natural, everyday Serbian Linguistic nuance: Ability to distinguish subtle differences in accent, tone, and vocal delivery Communication: Fluent English skills for instruction following and reporting Soft skills: High attention to detail; backgrounds in linguistics or translation are a plus Technical setup: Quiet environment and good quality headphones/speakers Payment: PayPal account to receive payment
