JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Structural Engineer / Analyst to add his/her expertise to our team. You will lead structural analysis, mentor teams, and ensure aircraft structures are designed, validated, and delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform structural analysis using classical methods and advanced simulations (FEA, CFD, static, dynamic, impact analysis).
- Oversee design, development, and integration of modified aircraft systems.
- Guide engineering teams, ensuring effective communication, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review and approve engineering documentation, designs, and technical deliverables.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to standardization of processes and methodologies.
- Engage with industry forums and stay current on emerging technologies and regulations.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of relevant structural engineering and analysis experience.
- Expertise in stress analysis, simulations, and certification requirements.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience across design, manufacturing, and certification environments.
