We're looking for an organized, detail-driven Architectural Technologist to join us — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing clean, accurate construction drawings.

We're a small, husband-and-wife-led studio that values collaboration, clean design, and genuine work-life balance. Residential is our bread and butter, with commercial projects mixed in.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of Canadian construction experience preferred (residential and/or commercial)
• Bachelor of Architecture or Architectural Technology Diploma
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and local by-laws
• Understanding of residential construction methods and detailing
• Strong communication skills
• Bonus: SketchUp, Photoshop, or InDesign experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing working drawings (site plans, floor plans, elevations, wall sections, details)
• Producing detailing for residential and commercial projects
• Conducting by-law and code compliance reviews
• Maintaining office drafting standards in AutoCAD
