We're hiring for an Executive Assistant (FTC for 18 months, potential for permanency) 📍 Location: Uxbridge

🕒 36 hours/week | Hybrid working – 3 days in office and 2 at home
To start 1st September First interviews will be held via Teams on: 14th/15th August 2025 LHCPG is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our highly professional Executive Office team working in a fast paced environment based in modern, well equipped and tastefully decorated office space in the heart of Uxbridge.
What You’ll Do ✔️ Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Group CEO, CFO, COO, and the LHCPG Charity.
✔️ Support the Senior Executive Assistant and Governance Officer by managing day-to-day diary, travel, and meeting logistics.
✔️ Coordinate and maintain records and secretariat duties for General Management Team meetings and LHCPG Charity Board.
✔️ Facilitate smooth execution of administrative tasks and supports cross-functional projects.
✔️ Engage in professional development and training as guided by the Senior Executive Assistant and Governance Officer.
What You'll Bring ✅ Solid experience providing executive-level administrative support with effective cross-functional collaboration companywide.
✅ Well-developed efficiency in diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior leaders.
✅ Demonstrable capability in managing documents within Microsoft SharePoint
✅ Demonstrable capability of minute-taking and of Board and/or committee secretariat work, including agenda preparation
✅ Support for various financial processes, such as expense reconciliation or invoice tracking.
