$71,145 - $96,255Experience valuing agricultural assets rewarded
Support a national valuations team with market research and valuation of agricultural assets. You’ll work closely with internal partners in the Operations division to mitigate credit risk.
What you’ll do:
- Research the local marketplace
- Appraise agricultural assets for collateral
- Review internal appraisals
- May travel to FCC offices in your region
- Occasionally perform site inspections
- Coach and help train Operations colleagues
- Contribute market analysis and appraisal expertise to the annual FCC Farmland Values Report

- Analytical thinker able to make reasoned decisions using limited market data

What you’ll need:
- A diploma or a degree in business or agriculture and at least three years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Knowledge of appraisal practices and agriculture industry trends
- Demonstrated research ability
- A passion for agriculture
