Senior Director of Financial Planning and Accounting, Remote - Canada & France
About the role
The Director of Accounting & Finance reports to the CFO and will be responsible for the preparation of the company's financial reporting, which includes annual and interim financial statements for Wilson . Analyze financial reports identifying key trends within the business. Work closely with the CFO, business unit leaders, and department heads on financial reporting, month-end review, budgets, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepares month-end Financial Statements and Senior Management reports ( e.g. revenue flash file, monthly forecast).

Assist in preparing quarterly Board meeting Financial reporting package.

Collaborate with business unit leadership on month-end analysis of Profit and Loss Statements.

Work with Global Sales Leader on developing and reporting Sales Performance Key Performance Indicators.
-
Develop reports and dashboards to support key business unit metrics.

Assist CFO in the coordination of senior management metrics for executive management meetings.

Partner with Controller on executive management reporting and analysis of company performance.

Participate and prepare Key Performance Indicators for monthly business unit support meetings.

Own Annual Budget and Planning process and Business Leaders, Controller, and CFO on Year-End budgets.

Update monthly executive forecast based on current period results, assumptions, and assist with compiling Year End audit support and review.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and or Accounting with 7 years of experience

5 years of experience in financial reporting.

3 years of demonstrated ability working with senior leadership across an organization.

Must have prior experience with a larger ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, preferably Workday.

Must be a sophisticated Microsoft Excel user, including pivot tables.

Experience with Business Intelligence Applications such as Domo, Power BI (Business Intelligence) , Tableau
