About the role

If you're a treatment coordinator who enjoys guiding patients toward confident treatment decisions, this role was built for you.

You'll work closely with clinicians and patients to support conversations around orthodontics and clear aligners — building trust, creating clarity, and helping patients commit to treatment based on the doctor's recommendation.

What You'll Do

  • Run 15–30 minute aligner consultations (virtual and in-clinic)

  • Educate patients on orthodontic and clear aligner options

  • Guide patients from consultation through records, consent, and treatment start

  • Support insurance and financial discussions

  • Coordinate closely with clinics and providers

Who You Are

  • Dental background (treatment coordinator, dental admin, or practice manager)

  • Confident explaining treatment and influencing decisions ethically

  • Strong at follow-up and closing loops

  • Patient-focused, organized, and dependable
