B2C Inside Sales Representative
Toronto, Ontario
Homepro’s growth has created an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! Reporting directly to the President, the successful candidate will perform inbound sales (no cold calling!) by responding to and closing inbound leads. This is an on-site position, and weekend work is required.

Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for prospective customers, discovering their needs and offering tailored services.
- Build and maintain detailed client records, managing your sales pipeline with precision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met on time and with the highest quality.
- Analyze sales data and trends and identify opportunities to convert to sales successes.
- Gather and report feedback from customers and the market to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.
What You Will Bring to Our Team
- Previous experience in retail/hospitality/sales positions.
- A strong track record of achieving goals and delivering results.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations.
- Intense hunger for results and eager to learn and succeed.
- Highly energetic and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Driven by curiosity and a relentless focus on solving problems and achieving goals.
- Strong communication abilities, being able to engage and build rapport with customers and team members.
