About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Niagara. This full-time role provides the opportunity to work both in our clinics and in the community, supporting children and families across Grimsby, St. Catharines, and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and a variety of pediatric needs. This role combines direct therapy, caregiver collaboration, and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver pediatric occupational therapy services in both clinic and community settings.
  • Provide assessments and individualized treatment plans for children with ASD, developmental disabilities, and other pediatric conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools, and community partners to support client progress.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Support service delivery contracts with third-party programs.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel between clinic and community locations across Niagara (valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required).
