Job Description Bilingual Automotive Technical Support Rank 5 Brossard, QC (Hybrid) Deadline: This posting will close by July 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $89,100 - $117,000. The offered salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations. Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for a solutions-oriented individual to support our Product Quality and Service Support team. This is a full-time opportunity and will report to the Manager of Technical Support. The selected candidate will provide timely technical assistance to help dealership technicians repair problem vehicles. What We’ll Bring: Company & Culture A hybrid work environment A work environment built on teamwork, flexibility and respect Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career A focus on respect for people and continuous improvement Summer Hours – condensed work week during the summer Benefits Competitive compensation package including bonus Extended health care and dental benefits effective immediately Company pension plan with additional employer contributions Associate vehicle discount program Reimbursement programs (tuition & fitness) Paid holiday shutdown and competitive paid time off benefits Sabbatical leave program What You’ll be Doing: Provide timely technical assistance to help dealership technicians repair problem vehicles Monitor and follow up on unsolved technical problems Document and report certain conditions that pertain to quality or customer satisfaction Maintain and update technical assistance databases Coordinate with Product Quality, Customer Relations and other related departments to address request issues Pursue ongoing self-development by acquiring latest technology, repair methods and hands-on practice Perform additional duties as required What You’ll Bring: University degree/College diploma in an automotive technical, business, or related discipline Bilingual in English and French is mandatory Holds a Certificate of Proficiency as a Motor Vehicle Mechanic/Automotive Service Technician Holds a Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship (with interprovincial seal) Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification would be an asset Minimum of 7 years of automotive work experience, related to automotive repair and diagnosis Knowledge of diesels, hybrids and alternative fuel vehicles would be an asset Experience in technical training would be an asset Excellent oral and written communication skills Good understanding and computer working knowledge and Microsoft Applications Flexibility to travel occassionally/as required to conduct dealer visits About Us Toyota Canada Inc. is the exclusive Canadian distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
