About the role
Benefits: 4% vacation pay Flexible schedule Training & development A patient’s family is seeking a caregiver for their elderly father who suffer from dementia with occasional temper outburst. Patient only speaks and understand Cantonese.
Schedule:
Monday to Sunday. Daily 6 pm to 5 am. 11 hours per shift. Total 77 hours. Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Location: MacKenzie Health Hospital
What we are looking for: A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible. High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. Access to reliable transportation. certified PSW or strong related experience
What you will be doing: Provide assistance with personal care. Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises. Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
Salary Range: $20 per hour Disclaimer: This is a new position. AI may be used in our screening process. We do not require Canadian work experience. Interviewed candidates will receive a status update within 45 days of their final interview.
