**This part-time position is an in-office role based out of our Edmonton Office**
About you
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team as a Junior Analyst Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, data advisory and administrative support within a professional environment.
In this role, you will…
- Assist with financial analysis and modeling for debt advisory mandates
- Prepare lender packages and support documentation for financing requests
- Conduct market research and compile comparable debt terms
- Coordinate with lenders and clients on information requests
- Support internal reporting and deal tracking
- Other duties as required
What you’ll bring
- Current student at a Canadian University majoring in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates graduating in 2027.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- A demonstrated interest in Real Estate through involvement with campus clubs, case competitions, or relevant courses.
- Passionate about learning and ready to tackle challenges in a professional environment.
- Must be available Monday to Friday between 12PM – 5PM MST
