Sommaire du poste
Le.la gestionnaire de projet est une personne clé qui mène les projets à bon port et coordonne tous les acteurs concernés par le projet. Le gestionnaire entretient un lien privilégié entre les clients externes et les équipes internes. Il.elle gère les impacts du projet, le budget, les ressources et les livrables, à la fois pendant sa réalisation et après sa finalisation.
Planifier, contrôler et coordonner le scope, le budget et la cédule des projets
Prendre les décisions nécessaires afin d’assurer le succès des projets S’assurer d’avoir les ressources suffisantes pour la bonne exécution de son projet Communiquer avec les clients et assurer le maintien d’une excellente relation ceux-ci Coordonner les travaux avec les équipes internes pour assurer l’avancement des projetsSuivre, documenter et mettre à jour le budget, gérer les changements et addenda par projet; Planifier et superviser les activités de livraison, installation et mise en route Faire le suivi du budget par l’entremise du ERP Assurer la gouvernance des projets attitrés, notamment la reddition de compte et la mise à jour des outils de gestion de projet, des KPI, etc.)
Profil recherché
Formation et expérience
Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en génie ou dans un autre domaine pertinent.
Certification PMP (un atout)
Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets, idéalement dans un environnement d’automatisation industrielle Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience avec un système ERP, notamment Business Central (un atout) Maitrise des outils informatiques (MS Project, Suite Microsoft Office)
Compétences relationnelles
Être proactif et penser à toutes éventualités Être un habile négociateur et avoir une facilité à convaincre Bonne capacité d’adaptation et habiletés démontrées en gestion du changement Capacité à rassembler les gens, les idées et à trouver des solutions Excellent service à la clientèle Leadership et bonne aptitude en communication Bonne gestion du temps et des priorités
Conditions particulières
La personne sélectionnée sera appelée à se déplacer chez les clients à l’international et doit ainsi être en mesure de voyager à l’étranger Bilinguisme requis, car le poste requiert de transiger avec nos clients et fournisseurs établis à l’extérieur du Québec.

Position Summary
The Project Manager is a key person who successfully leads projects to completion and coordinates all stakeholders involved in the project. The Project Manager maintains a close relationship between external clients and internal teams. They manage project impacts, budget, resources, and deliverables, both during project execution and after completion.
Plan, control, and coordinate the scope, budget, and schedule of projects
Make the necessary decisions to ensure project success Ensure that sufficient resources are available for the proper execution of the project Communicate with clients and maintain an excellent relationship with them Coordinate work with internal teams to ensure project progress Track, document, and update the budget, and manage changes and addenda for each project Plan and supervise delivery, installation, and start-up activities Monitor the budget through the ERP system Ensure governance of assigned projects, including reporting and updating project management tools, KPIs, etc.
Profile
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or another relevant field PMP certification, an asset Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, ideally in an industrial automation environment Minimum of 3 years of experience with an ERP system, including Business Central, an asset Proficiency with computer tools, including MS Project and the Microsoft Office Suite
